Brandt Coating

Handling pipe sizes from 2-3/8" to 13-3/8", the Brandt Coater has been designed to work with a high performance, HAPS-free, low VOC, water based coating formulated specificially for coating tubing, casing, line pipe, and drill pipe. Three Exair Air Knives in a triangular formation provide a quiet, hard hitting curtain of air to effectively clean pipe of debris and water before entering the coater booth. A self contained Pillar induction coil preheats pipe to 150 degrees Farenheit to decrease drying time of water based coating. Four automatic spray guns evenly apply water based coating to OD of the pipe.
