The TCM 180i texture curing machine from Wirtgen delivers a variety of cost-effective concrete paving applications. It ensures optimum texture and protection for concrete surfaces up to 59 ft. wide and its modular machine design allows it to adapt to working widths between 13 ft. 1 in. and 59 ft. The automated spraying system has a large storage container that effectively distributes the dispersion and protects the concrete surface from prematurely drying, delivering flexibility for the operators. This self-propelled unit produces desired surface textures on freshly paved concrete surfaces while multiple texture and spray modes provide versatility on the jobsite.

Features
Texture Curing
- Wirtgen texture curing machines can be used to produce different grip values, and exposed aggregate concrete is increasingly applied as an alternative technology, delivering maximum versatility. A plastic or metal broom is applied, moving over the concrete slab in either transverse, diagonal, or longitudinal direction to create the desired result with ultimate precision.
- Depending on weather conditions and the specific paving application, the optimized traverse broom finish and spraying feature can be used to prevent premature drying.
Leveling Technology
- Wirtgen’s leveling technology adjusts height, depth, and pitch for extremely accurate results. The system compares the actual values to predefined target values and adjusts the deviations proportionately; guaranteeing outstanding leveling results while significantly reducing your operator’s workload.
