Kleemann’s MOBICONE MCO 11i PRO mobile cone crusher is the ideal secondary or tertiary crushing plant for medium-hard to hard and abrasive natural stone as well as for processing raw materials in mining applications. With its low total weight, this unit is also easy to move between sites with flat-bed trailer. And, all components can remain on the plant during transportation. This helps you get up and running quickly, allowing for more flexibility when moving from site to site.
This tough unit is equipped with a diesel-electric drive concept with the option to connect an external power supply, ensuring less fuel consumption and flexibility at the jobsite. And, it is ideal for use in conjunction with the MC 120 Zi PRO jaw crusher, creating a powerful and efficient workflow at the jobsite.

Features
Continuous Feed System (CFS)
- Kleemann’s Continuous Feed System (CFS) monitors the crusher level (jaw crusher and cone crusher) to ensure that the crushing chamber is always evenly filled. It also monitors the load at the rocker and rotor as well as the motor utilization (impact crusher), ensuring optimum throughput and low wear.
- The CFS regulates the frequency of the vibrating feeder and pre-screen, eliminating backlogs and optimizing crusher utilization. With the crushing chamber remaining free, material transport can proceed without delays, keeping operators working efficiently.
SPECTIVE Control System
- Kleemann’s control concept, SPECTIVE, allow the machines to be operated by a touch panel. It is easy for operators to use and ensures efficiency by being able to control all components and functions from the ground.
- SPECTIVE shows a fault diagnosis on the display with descriptions and remedy tips to reduce downtimes. This 12” display will react to fingers, pens, or gloves.
Diesel-Electric Drive Concept
- The efficient and powerful diesel-electric engine ensures low fuel consumption while an optional external power supply allows for even more efficient operation in quarries.
Overload System
- If incorrectly sized feed material is inserted and uncrushable, the ring bounce is triggered. To protect the crusher, software continuously monitors the hydraulic pressure of the crusher overload system and reacts when necessary with two modes:
- Precise Mode for the production of grit allows the machine to stop feeding if ring bounce is detected. This mode assures no impermissible oversize grain is produced and the machine is protected against crusher damage.
- Mixture Mode for the production of mixtures allows the machine to adjust the crushing gap without the intervention of an operator to automatically prevent ring bounce. After a defined period without ring bounce, the gap is closed again to keep the share of oversize grain as low as possible.
