  • For easy belt tensioning, an adjustment nut on a threaded rod is used to move the idler.

Features

Frame-mounted Engine

The engine position uses a self-leveling mount connected by a parallel linkage to a pivot point aligned to the main drive pulley. This maintains proper belt tension.

 

Triple Banded Belt

Belt delivers higher load capacity and better performance. It also reduces slippage and improves stability, reducing vibration.

 

Protected Driveline

A chain coupler on the gearbox output shaft helps dampen the shock load on the gearbox and engine and accounts for any misalignment in the driveline.

 

Convenient Controls

Operator control station includes ignition, throttle, electric clutch, and EZMOVE operations.

 

Optimized Hydraulic Routing

Steel hydraulic lines and hidden hose routing keeps hydraulic systems protected and long lasting.

 

Total Cleanout

The cleanout door on the hopper delivers complete cleanout with the reversible gearbox.

 

All-Wheel Drive Kit

The AWD kit provides power to the steering wheels of the EZMOVE system for the ultimate traction for navigating the worst yard conditions.

Multiple drive options available: 40hp Vanguard EFI Gas, Electric Drive, and PTO Drive.
