Brandt Invests In Students In Bordertown, South Australia.

Students in Bordertown, South Australia will have access to exciting new equipment and an enhanced educational experience, thanks to a $10,000 donation from Brandt. Bordertown Primary School and Bordertown High School each received $5,000 to purchase equipment that falls outside the schools’ regular budgets.
The donation presentation took place on October 23, 2023. Brandt Senior-Vice President of Operations Ag—Distributed Products Andy Semple, Brandt Vice-President—West AU Brad Fisher, and Brandt Bordertown Branch Manager Duncan Ross were on hand to present the cheques to Bordertown Primary School Community Fund Committee member Jenny Tillbrook and Bordertown High School Principal Shelley Cameron.
The Brandt donation marks the inaugeral contribution to the primary school’s new equipment fund. “We are thrilled to have Brandt’s support to start this fund for our school. We will now have the flexibiity to purchase and upgrade equipment that is specific to our students’ needs,” Tillbrook says.
Brandt made the equipment fund donations through our Thanks A Billion program. Over the past decade, the program has distributed more than $24 million to disaster relief and community development initiatives in 250+ communities across Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand. Brandt currently has 29 locations in Australia and New Zealand.
