October 1, 2019
Regina, Saskatchewan – The level of maternal and pediatric health care for Saskatchewan residents reached an all-time high on September 29th, 2019 as the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital (JPCH) celebrated its first patient day. The brand-new facility, located adjacent to Royal University Hospital on the University of Saskatchewan campus in Saskatoon, is the province’s first dedicated maternal and children’s hospital. And, Brandt is proud to have had the opportunity to partner with the JPCH Foundation to bring this level of enhanced care to the province.
“We are honoured to have played a role in making this dream a reality,” says Brandt President and CEO, Shaun Semple.
“The opening of this state-of-the-art hospital will guarantee the highest level of care for Saskatchewan families for generations to come!”
Brandt’s $250,000 contribution to the fundraising campaign helped make the 20-year dream become reality for babies, moms, kids and families across the province. It a world-class facility that features a child-friendly environment, designed to help ensure kids have a not-so-scary hospital experience and keep families together during one of the most turbulent times of their lives.
We are very excited about this new era of maternal and pediatric health care beginning in Saskatchewan. Hard work and generosity has built this hospital and Brandt is honored to play a role in making it happen.
