Safety and Ergonomics
- All function- and safety-related hydraulic cylinders are equipped with safety valves (lowering/brake holding valves)
- Each cylinder remains in its current position in the event of a shutdown or malfunctioning and critical areas have contact protection, ensuring maximum operator safety.
- All components are easily accessible for convenient servicing, resulting in minimal downtime.
- Additional safety options include spraying and LED and halogen lighting.
Optional Start-Stop Technology
- Tier 4 engines reduce fuel consumption even more with an optional start-stop system.
- A probe detects if no material is supplied over a defined period and engine speed is reduced automatically. As a result, fuel consumption and wear on the engine, belts, and support rollers are reduced.
Screening Technology
- Classifying screens are used to obtain exact fractions from natural stone (up to 160 mm feed size) and recycling materials, providing versatility for a variety of jobs.
- The plant can be adapted individually to the application through an extensive selection of screen surfaces, screen inclination, and more.
- The MOBISCREEN MS 703 EVO has a feed capacity of up to 800 t/h and a triple-deck screen that allows for classifying of up to 4 fractions.
Screen Surfaces
- Kleemann screen surfaces are made of wear-resistant spring-wire or round-wire steel to guarantee long-term, reliable screening.

External Power Supply (Dual Power Option)
- Kleemann Screening plants are equipped with a dual power system featuring two electric motors, each with 37 kW, that ensure high work output combined with low fuel consumption.
- Quickly switch between two power sources (diesel engine or external power supply) via an electrical device, ensuring operators remain efficient and productive.
