- Bottom wear plates are made of high strength, abrasive resistant steel and provide superior wear reduction to increase the life of the bucket.
- A flat bottom design penetrates material efficiently, maintains a level working area and maximizes the overall capacity
- Large pocket on back side of bucket to ensure proper clearance of bell crank when bucket is in full roll back to ensure you are able to maintain full capacity while travelling.
- Bottom doubler plates are used to smoothly transfer forces from the base edge to the lugging in order to prevent excess wear on the bucket and machine.
- An extended mesh spill guard reinforced with multiple gussets accommodates high volume loads without sacrificing visibility.
- Center stiffener beam wraps around the curvature of the inside of the bucket to provide additional strength without sacrificing overall capacity.
- Cheek plates run up each side of the bucket to prevent excess wear to the shell but also maintain structural integrity.
- Replaceable high strength, abrasive resistant bolt on cutting edges to prevent excess wear to the base edge and improve bucket life.
