Features & Options

Ramp Extensions

Increase the width of the deck from 67 ¾” to 84 ¾”, making the approach ramps longer and the approach angle lower for trucks to drive over.

 

Powder-coat Paint

Every Brandt-manufactured component receives this high-quality finish, ensuring long-lasting, vibrant coloration and superior rust protection.

 

Drivetrain Options

The Grain Deck has three different drive system options: an electric drive, hydraulic drive or gas drive system.

 

EZMOVE

EZMOVE makes for simple and fast relocation with operator friendly controls, and the integrated hydraulic hitch allows for easy transport when towing.

 

Oilseed-Certified Grain Belt

The Oilseed-Certified™ Grain Belt is designed specifically for oilseed & any other commodity. The warranty covers oilseed use without limitations. *Not Available on 2415A model*

 

Single & Double Tubes

Both the 20" and 24" models are available with single (10') or double (15') tube options for optimizing your desired discharge height or reach.

 

Double-lip Sealing

Doube-lip sealing uses two layers of belt seals throughout the intake to prevent grain from getting under the belt where it will leak or cause damage from churning and building up.

 

EZTrak

The EZTrak system keeps the belt aligned and properly tensioned at all times. The visual tension indicator makes it easy to see when an adjustment is needed.

Oilseed-Certified™ Grain Decks

The all-new Oilseed-Certified™ GrainDeck conveyor is the first belt to be designed specifically for oilseed. This optional configuration loads all of your crops – even canola. The Oilseed-Certified™ belt conveyor’s self-cleaning system clears out crushed product build-up, keeping daily maintenance to a minimum. That means you can gently convey your crops, and it's backed up by warranty that is not limited by use with oilseed crops!
