Versatility
Designed for 12’ diameter bags that are 500’ long, the 12012HP GBU is also designed to match the needs of every customer. The available 10’ bag unload kit allows this machine to be used with bags that were filled with any of Brandt’s grain bag loaders.
20” Main Auger
The 12012HP GBU grain bag unloader has a hydraulically folding 20” discharge auger with 12” cross auger. This combination allows for an unload rate of 12,000 bu/hr.
Smooth Operator
The adjustable axle height allows you to change the height of the cross auger. This helps maintain a consistent auger height, so the bag roller can evenly capture the bag. The bag knife can be positioned to match the varying height of bags filled with different types of grain.
PTO-Driven Hydraulics
The integrated PTO-driven hydraulic system features a dedicated pump for each component and a cooling system to maximize reliability. The standalone system is driven by a robust step-up gearbox and features a built-in filtration system and 70-gallon reservoir.
